Ministry Teams

Gathered and Sent
Clusters and Ministry Teams
During our congregation meeting in January 2013, council introduced some new language and a different approach to living in ministry. The idea of a dynamic existence, people who are gathered and sent, helps extend our understanding of being Church and our connectedness to God and each other.

So what does this mean for the practical application? We all are part of the assembly of Trinity Lutheran Church, a community of believers who share Jesus’ love with everybody, living as people who are gathered and sent. We practice this through the work of four clusters and their connected ministry teams. It means leadership is shared, events planned to be more intentional in including aspects of worship and faith growing and caretaking and invitation.
